Vista Takes Forever To Boot
I was having a huge problem since I had 2 printers being used as network printers. But there's Windows XP mode for that and for the few 32-bit apps that have problems (Delphi 6 is a noted problem). It does work....I went to the boot tab and lo and behold it only had 1 processor (I have a quad) and hardly any ram allocated for boot up....changed these settings My entire company was plagued by slow print dialogues until I stumbled upon this solution.
