By looking at the processes that appear to be running "hot" (high cpu at that moment) when the focus is stolen, you may be able to pin down a probable cause. Very annoying when trying to type in Word >or E-mail. Also, using the .vbs script on >>>http://www.kellys-korner-xp.com does not help. Fixing Windows focus issues seems to require trial and error.
