When you try to run it, it reports: --------------------------- Microsoft Money --------------------------- Money requires Internet Explorer 6 to function properly.
So far I have not come across any solution. 10240 broke Microsoft Money. The more users who upgrade, the more money they could make.
Other laptops will include the free, "mobile" version of Office offered in the Windows Store. I tried to look at Microsoft's site for information but nothing remotely close to what I searched for came up. They put out Windows Updates to fix the bugs in the systems. And that's probably no small part of why the company seems so pushy about getting you to install Windows 10.

Many people still use MS Money despite it being discontinued - it was/is a darned good piece of MS software that got the job done. see here Many Office users save files into whatever the default folder offered might be, which is why the "Documents" folder on your parent's computer is an absolute nightmare to find anything in.
