Solution 4: Install Lotus Notes using the Multi-User Install option. I think the problem is that we still use Office 97 :( In case some one else has a similair problem (does any one else still use Office 97 ;p ), However just from Adobe Reader it does not seem to like Lotus Notes.

If Acrobat is installed from another user's login, then the installer does not get the path of the user's Notes.ini file. After much pain, I discovered that the PDF file will only hold 511 emails.
