So now I can't get my new laptop to recognize my Maxtor drive. XP claims that the drive is corrupt or unreadable however Vista is able to read it fine. I thought the same was going to be for a 120 maxtor, but my duron 1200 will not even detect it I have been on the maxtor help site and have External Hard Drive Making Clicking Noise I would appreciate any input.
