I have done full system scans, with NIS and Spyware Doctor, on both PC's and nothing is found. If you encounter this problem, using a different browser like Firefox or Chrome seems to get around the problem. I clean it and it confirms deleted, I run scan, it finds nothing but then on reboot it pops up again. In my case, only Symantec detects it.
